The new functionality enables verified companies to showcase job postings on their X profiles. To qualify for this feature, organizations need to pay a monthly fee of $1,000 for verification status.

Elon Musk's latest social media platform, X, previously recognized as Twitter, has introduced its job recruitment Beta version exclusively for verified enterprises. According to news agency IANS, this strategic step is intended to compete with LinkedIn, the prominent professional networking platform.

During its Beta phase, the platform endeavors to streamline the hiring procedure by subjecting companies to meticulous screening and authentication before allowing them to list job openings. Through this approach, its objective is to establish a secure and dependable environment for job seekers, enabling them to explore opportunities from a pool of authenticated organizations.

The recently introduced capability permits verified entities to showcase job listings on their X profiles. To qualify for this functionality, organizations are required to make a monthly payment of $1,000 for verification status.

These job listings will be displayed on the organization's profile and can be searched using keywords, location, and other filters. Prospective candidates have the option to directly apply for these positions on X, and potential employers can establish contact with applicants through the platform.

"Gain exclusive early access to the X Hiring Beta—specifically designed for Verified Organizations," stated a post by X. The Elon Musk-led company added, "Showcase your critical positions and naturally connect with millions of relevant candidates. Apply for the Beta today."

"Register for advance access to X Hiring, currently accessible to Verified Organizations. If eligible, we will activate the Hiring features on your account," X mentioned.

Earlier this week, reports indicated that X will soon incorporate a job search feature, allowing users to directly explore employment opportunities on the platform.

This bold move marks an entry into an industry traditionally dominated by LinkedIn, the Microsoft-owned professional-focused social platform. LinkedIn has been the primary choice for most businesses in search of talent and for professionals showcasing their profiles and seeking job prospects.

As Musk's X debuts its job hiring platform, it has the potential to revolutionize the recruitment process by leveraging its technological expertise and disruptive nature to introduce innovative methods of linking employers with potential employees.

Back in August, Nima Owji, an app researcher, disclosed information about the feature on Twitter. He posted a screenshot that offered intriguing insights into the upcoming feature known as "Twitter Hiring." As per the revealed information, Twitter is testing a new, complimentary tool that enables verified organizations to display job openings on their company profiles, streamlining the recruitment process significantly.

Moreover, verified organizations have the ability to include up to five job openings on their accounts. Musk provided a sneak peek of this feature in May this year. Laskie marked X's initial acquisition under Musk's leadership.

Consequently, this acquisition likely played a role in facilitating the platform's development and subsequent launch of this functionality.
