Motorola has unveiled its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Moto G84 5G, priced at $240. So, what does this device, which falls into the entry-level segment, bring to the table? Here are the Moto G84 5G's price and features.

Snapdragon 695 and More Motorola's new budget-friendly offering, the Moto G84 5G, relies on a pOLED display on its front, delivering a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. It's worth noting that this panel can reach a brightness of up to 1,300 nits. On the right side of the frame, you'll find the fingerprint sensor. Additionally, the device offers support for microSD and dual SIM cards. Measuring 160 x 74.4 x 7.6 mm and weighing in at 168 grams, the Moto G84 is powered by the Snapdragon 695 platform paired with 12 GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage. This processor, fabricated using 6nm process technology, includes 2 Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. Handling graphics and gaming tasks is the Adreno 619 GPU accompanying the processor.

Intensifying Budget Competition

The Moto G84 5G will come equipped with Android 13-based My UX out of the box, along with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. In the camera department, it features a 50 MP rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), accompanied by an 8 MP ultra-wide/macro/depth camera setup. For selfies and video calls, there's a 16MP front-facing camera.
