Russia has announced it will retaliate against the European Union's decision to cut Moscow's diplomatic representation in Brussels. Meanwhile, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has asked the EU to send a "fact-finding mission" to assess damage to the Druzhba oil pipeline in Ukraine. The request follows claims by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that repairs to the pipeline, which supplies Hungary and Slovakia with oil, are taking an extended period due to ongoing Russian attacks.
